YOUR ROOM has a sofa-bed (size 130*190cm), hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, desk to work, a sofa, a wardrobe, a private balcony. Smoke is allowed but please outside on your private balcony.
You can use wi-fi, washing machine, fridge (refrigerator), microwave oven, induction hob cooking, coffee maker machine, etc.

9th Floor on 9 (elevator until 8th and some stairs).
My flat is 5 minutes walk to the train station ROMA TRASTEVERE. From/To Fiumicino Airport you can easily and often take the direct trains (27 minutes, € 8).

There are many trains, buses and trams to move easily to enjoy the beautiful things of Rome. 15-20 minutes to Trastevere, Testaccio, Piramide (Pyramid), Circo Massimo (Circus Maximus), Giardino degli Aranci (Orange Garden), Bocca della Verità (Mouth of Truth), Basilica of St. Paul.
Well connected with the Gay Street, Colosseum and Fori Imperiali (Imperial Fora), Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona, Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Spanish Steps.

The district has shops and services. Supermarket just next to the building, pharmacies, clothing and shoes, ice cream, pizza, restaurants. Bike & Run Path: if you like you can go biking or running all the way along the Tiber river up to North Rome.
