Smoking or using drugs inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in the garden.

No food is allowed in the bedroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen and the living room.

Just a few meters away, you'll find many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, including a supermarket open 24 hours a day. Clothing is optional in the apartment. I enjoy meeting new people, chatting, and sharing my knowledge and experiences whenever time allows, while always respecting my guests' privacy and comfort.
