I stayed at Arnaud’s place in Paris for about a week while I was on holiday, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet area but with excellent access to everything you might need. There are several large supermarkets nearby, along with cafés and pharmacies, so daily life is very convenient. The train/metro station is also close and takes you to central Paris in about 15–20 minutes, which makes exploring the city very easy.

Although the setup is also great for people who need to work remotely — there is a separate guest / home-office room with a comfortable desk — in my case I was mostly there to relax and enjoy my holidays. Still, having that space available is definitely a plus.

Arnaud is a very welcoming and generous host. During my stay we spent some time together and shared a fun and intimate moment, which was a very natural and enjoyable part of the experience for me. It added to the relaxed and open atmosphere of the place.

He was also very thoughtful throughout the week. I had access to a coffee machine with capsules whenever I wanted.

Overall, it’s a comfortable place with great transport connections, a friendly host and a relaxed environment. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the Paris area.

I've stayed in Arnaud's flat a couple of times. It's always comfortable and functional as a space and in a nice neighbourhood. The host is considerate, relaxed, fun and loves nudity. A few times, when we were both in the mood, it escalated to hot anal on the sofa and in bed. I miss his loads! <3

I stay for workation here for whole 2 weeks.
Arnaud provided me with the separate guest/ home office room that has a nice work desk, where I worked for 2 weeks.
In one of the weekends he offered me to join him and his beloved one for dinner in a restaurant.
In one of the other days he had a guest and they had fun, and kindly offered me to join too. Which I’m thankful for, since I’d be jealous or horny behind the wall, only dreaming of what they are doing there. The guest was hot too!
Being super demure I asked if I could just watch at least and it was fine with them too.

I stayed one night after landing before catching my train the next day, and it turned into much more than just a stopover.
We spent the evening playfully enjoying watching porn together on the couch and mutual jerking; everything felt natural and easy. A perfect welcome.
The apartment has everything you might need, and Arnaud makes sure you feel completely comfortable from the start. Very close to airport, train station with direct service to Paris and supermarkets in walking distance.

I stayed at Arnaud’s for a week and it was an unforgettable experience.

A very friendly place. It's bright, spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The rooms, with ambient lighting, large screens, two large double beds, and a sofa, create the perfect setting for larger parties, if you know what I mean. You can easily prepare for these parties in the toilet with a bidet shower.

The host is very open and loves nudity �

Very good location, right next to the train station. There are supermarkets nearby, making it easy to prepare meals at home and save on restaurants.
