Casita with private pool

A beautiful fully self-contained "in-laws cottage" attached to my fully renovated mid century modern house.

The space includes a bedroom (queen size), full living room, dining area and a small kitchenette (with full size fridge, microwave and all utensils).

Living room features a 65" Roku TV (smart TV) with subscriptions to everything! (Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Paramount+, Starz, Amazon Prime, plus Spectrum Cable).

The pool is 35 ft long and heated! (not that you need that in summer). There are lounge chairs, outdoor dining and a new BBQ. Plus there is an outdoor shower! The pool area is completely private - no one can see in from any location.

Plus private bathroom with shower. The bathroom is outdoors! It's super cool (and don't worry, It's covered so you'll be fine in our tropical weather).

There is a secluded carport and separate external entry so you will have your own privacy to come and go as you please.
