The private room [for 1 or 2 guests] is located in a 3 bedroom apartment,finished to the highest standards in the Mellieħa (bay) area. The property is 2 km fromCirkewwa Ferry Terminal (to go to Gozo) and 200mtrs from Mellieha Bay. This air conditioned room is 18M2. It also has a balcony overlooking the countryside withside sea views. The apartments' main terrace overlooks Mellieha bay, The Island of Cominoand Gozo. For your comfort, the room has been equipped with all amenities that include a flat-screen32'' android TV (English, French, Spanish, Italian and German channels), minibar, desk,coffee machine, kettle and blackout blinds.Bed Setup: 2 Single Beds (90X190).EU type plugs and USB charging points are also available with the room amenities.

The property has 2 bathrooms. You will be able to use the main bathroom.Linen, Towels (including beach towels and beach umbrella) & shower/bath gel are provided.Free high speed WIFI is also included.We will also provide brochures and maps which may help you organize your stay. We willmake our utmost to assist you in the best way possible. We also offer a variety of massages on site (extra cost).Parking is available outside the property (street parking) and is free of charge. We are licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority In terms of the Malta Travel and TourismAct 1999, and also members of GETA (Gay European Travel Association).

House Rules:

We are a working gay couple in our early 40's, both professionals who like tostay comfortable and relaxed. We also wish our guests to feel at home and therefore wewish to point out the following;

1) Roaming naked is the norm inside the premises and is not permitted on the balconies(except in the hot-tub/jacuzzi). 2) The property is not on the main road and is off the beaten track. Please do not book ifyou have mobility issues. Upon booking confirmation, guests will be asked to provide anemail address so we can send detailed instructions on how to arrive.

3) You will be renting a private room and not the whole/or shared apartment. The sittingarea (sofa area) is reserved for the hosts, when same are at home. Guests are still permittedto use the dining area, main terrace and interact with hosts during this time.

4) Although we will help as much as possible, the hosts cannot be present all the time duringthe stay and are not obliged to spend time at home with the guest.

5) Smoking is only allowed on the room balcony.

6) Pets are not allowed.

7) Hot-tub is only available in the summer season and at the discretion of the hosts due tosafety considerations.

8) Please inform hosts if you will be having visitors in the room.

9) kindly note that since our neighbourhood is quite new, there may beconstruction/renovations going on during the day.

We suggest that, in order to travel in a more convenient and efficient way, a private vehicleis rented.
