Looking for an economical and well connected stay in London that’s safe and calm? As long-term Londoners (over 15 years!), we're happy to share our insider knowledge of the city's best LGBT hotspots and hidden gems. Jacob (31, working in advertising) and Sharif (35, a teacher) are your trustworthy and polite hosts.

Escape to our cosy and tranquil retreat in Canada Water, Zone 2 Central London! We have two sleeping options: a more economical spare bedroom with a small double pull-down bed, or a larger double bed.

The smaller guest bedroom has a pull down small double bed with comfortable mattress and bedding, storage and desk space. Ideal for one guest, or a very intimate couple!

The larger double bed is more spacious, making it ideal for a couple who want more space and comfort.

You’ll be able to enjoy our living room with a small rear balcony that’s perfect for sunny evenings. The bathroom will be shared with us, as well as the kitchen (for light use, not cooking or baking). Plenty of tea and coffee always available!

With fast WiFi and a comfy bed, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our leafy area, just moments from the River Thames, docks, and large parks. We're well-connected with easy access to the Jubilee line, Overground, Thames Clippers, and buses.

Our home is clean, comfortable, and safe, with a fully equipped kitchen, shared living room with Apple TV, and bathroom with shower.
Clothing optional is welcome inside - we just ask that it’s kept respectful and appropriate. For clarity’s sake, that means no touching.

Relax and unwind in our calm retreat, perfect for those seeking a peaceful haven in the heart of the city.

Please note: no smoking inside, no drugs, no additional guests.
