I offer a spacious double room with a very comfortable bed. Guests will enjoy peaceful surroundings, just a few yards from one of the north west's most impressive buildings, the Ashton Memorial, set in Williamson Park. The house is at the top of a steep hill on the edge of town on a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. There is good access to Lancaster city centre, the University of Cumbria and bus access to Lancaster University. There is free on-street parking, kitchen access and a shared bathroom. Other guests may be present at certain times.

Please note that I am listed on several other hosting sites. Therefore, availability is likely to be limited and I appreciate some notice (one day or more - please avoid same-day requests). Reduced rates may be available for long-staying guests of one week+ or one month+. *Male only, please.* I do not accept couples (whether male, female, gay, straight...). Please message with as much information as possible about you and your planned visit, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

(Note: I can occasionally provide camping-style facilities in other parts of the house when the main room is booked up.)
