The room has an en suite private bathroom, completely renovated and rebuilt in July 2025. Included are use of kitchen, living room (with 65" Smart TV with all streaming services loaded) , waterfront back patio (with hammock), communal pool, and (free) laundry. Literally steps from all the activities of Wilton Drive. 10-15 minutes to the airport and Sebastian Beach with private parking space in a gated community should you have a vehicle. 2 1/2 blocks to the Eagle, 1 1/2 blocks to Ramrod, and across the street from Tropics, you won't find a more central location (click on "Map" to see how "ground zero" the location is!). Absolutely no drugs or unregistered guests. Free access to the brand new Planet Fitness gym. Quiet, orderly household yet very close to all of the action. Alcohol and cannabis use are both fine. Smoking outdoors on the back waterfront patio.

Your host is an educated, professional, former semi-pro athlete with interests that include running, cycling, weight training, yoga, pilates, travel, cooking and dining out. I look forward to meeting and hosting you.
