The house is composed of several distinct apartments, each with its own character:

• A first-floor apartment centered around a grand chamber bed, rich in historic detail and soft textures — designed for a more sensual experience
• A refined second-floor apartment with fireplace, books, and classic furnishings, inviting conversation, relaxation, or more intimate encounters
• A third-floor apartment with 1930s Art Deco flair, offering a quieter, more private atmosphere
• A contemporary guest house with its own entrance, open spaces, and large windows — an invitation to be seen

The atmosphere is social but unforced — guests can engage as much or as little as they like.
