Ubicado en el barrio de Balvanera, limita con los barrios de Palermo y Recoleta, dos zonas muy lindas de CABA (Ciudad Autóbina de Buenos Aires).

Muy cerca de grandes atracciones, museos y centros comerciales. A dos cuadras de la nueva estación de la línea H de subte y a cuatro cuadras de las estaciones Gardel (Línea B) y Pueyrredón (Línea D). Podrás sentirte tan cómodo como en su casa. Cerca de atracciones como boliches, bares, cafeterías, museos, restaurantes y otros.

Si te gusta el nudismo aquí serás libre. Los espacios a compartir serán el living o sala de estar con dos cómodos sillones, la cocina, el baño y una terraza. El estudio o segunda habitación será tu espacio y al lado tengo mi habitación privada.

Located in the Balvanera neighborhood, it borders the districts of Palermo and Recoleta—two very lovely areas of CABA (the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires). It is situated very close to major attractions, museums, and shopping centers. It is just two blocks from the new Line H subway station, and four blocks from the Gardel (Line B) and Pueyrredón (Line D) stations. You will feel just as comfortable here as you do in your own home. The location is close to attractions such as nightclubs, bars, cafes, museums, restaurants, and more. If you enjoy nudism, you are free to be yourself here. The shared spaces include the living room (furnished with two comfortable armchairs), the kitchen, the bathroom, and a terrace. The studio—or second bedroom—will be your private space, while my own private room is located right next door. I consider myself a tourist in my own city, so I will provide you with all the information you need to experience Buenos Aires exactly as you deserve! I speak very little English, but I do understand it.
