Brescia   (i)

I offer a cozy and welcoming stay in a very convenient area of the city, ideal for gay travelers, solo travelers, students, professionals, and open-minded people visiting Northern Italy.

The apartment is located just in front of Volta metro station, less than 30 sec on foot. In only 2 metro stops, guests can reach Brescia Central Station, with easy connections to Milan, Verona, Bergamo, Lake Garda, and the nearby airports. Milan is around 35 minutes away by train, and both Bergamo and Verona airports are convenient to reach (45/50 min).

The neighborhood is practical and well served. Within a few minutes’ walk, guests can find supermarkets, Esselunga, pharmacies, cafés, bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias, restaurants, and local shops. Everything needed for a short or longer stay is nearby.

The apartment is a small, comfortable one-bedroom flat. Depending on availability, I can offer a private room or a shared sleeping arrangement. Guests also have access to a study/work space, a projector for watching movies, and a TRX for training.

I am an open-minded and respectful host. I have travelled a lot around the world because of my work. I enjoy meeting people from different countries, speaking different languages, and sharing good conversations with travelers.

I do not host in a cold or impersonal way. I genuinely enjoy welcoming people and creating a relaxed, respectful and friendly atmosphere. When possible, I am happy to share a glass of good wine, suggest cultural events, or show guests a bit of Brescia’s city center. I enjoy theatre, opera, music, art, and cultural experiences.

At the same time, I deeply respect privacy, independence, personal boundaries, and each guest’s rhythm. Guests can choose whether they prefer a social stay or a more private and quiet experience.

The main strengths of the listing are:

excellent location, directly by the metro;
fast connection to Brescia Central Station;
easy access to Milan, Verona, Bergamo, Lake Garda and airports;
well-served neighborhood with shops, food, pharmacies and daily essentials;
welcoming and international host;
relaxed, respectful and gay-friendly environment;
possibility of conversation, local tips and cultural suggestions;
comfortable home atmosphere rather than an anonymous accommodation.

I believe this could be a good fit for travelers looking for a human, friendly and well-connected stay in Brescia.
