Fully furnished old style -but functional- apartment.

Is a 50sqm open and a bright space comprising a living room together with an open-plan kitchen, flanked with a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony (street side) and the bathroom with shower / small bathtub at the other side.

The flat is located in a small 3 floors building with only one niughbour per floor. The one here pictured is the 3rd floor, without elevator. I live on the second floor.

The street where the bilding is located is a pedestrian passage, which mean that is a quiet area even at night, considering the Barcelona standards about "quiet".

Our neighbourhood is Poblenou, and just 3 blocs from home you have the subway station L4 Llacuna, yellow line (north), the Rambla del Poblenou (east) which is the main street, like the famous Barcelona's Rambla but without tourists, and several beaches (south) one of them is Mar Bella, the nudist one, only 10 min walking away.

The flat will be private and your total disposition, not shared with anyone.

We don't care about your gender, felt gender or sexual orientation.

Fresh bedding and towels are also provided so you do not need to bring anything.

I also provide tea, coffee and some basics to cook as salt, oil, etc...

The apartment is totally nudist friendly.

In case that I am not in Barcelona during your trip, my neighbour will attend you, being at your disposition to help. However, you will have both phone numbers (mine and his) for any question, doubt or need.
