Apartment located in the beautiful River Arts district, perfect for those looking to explore all the exciting thrills and attractions the city has to offer. Located near popular attractions, you will be close to the city Botanical Gardens, Farmers Market, Carrier Park. Spend the day strolling the riverfront greenway, wandering around and sampling local food and eateries. Biltmore Estate is a mandatory stop and close to our location. Our apartment is located on floor 1. Free parking available for 1 vehicle.

The room has a comfy double bed, and a big window offering natural light. Also has a desk you can use to work remotely.

Rate includes coffee and tea. Kitchen to share. Private bathroom. Wifi included.

No pets allowed. No children. up to 2 persons.

We are a married couple, Jim (75) from Memphis, TN and Jumax (35) from Lima, Peru. We live in Asheville between June to October.
